To enable Puffins of Exeter to provide and maintain the highest standards of childcare, we ask families to be aware of and abide by the following conditions:

1. To register your child, there is a non-refundable fee of £35.

2. All fees are invoiced monthly, and are due on the first day of the month to which they relate.

3. If your child is absent due to sickness, the nursery should be notified. Refunds or reductions are not available for absence.

4. Holiday absence, if notified by the 20th of the preceding month, will warrant a 40% reduction. Holiday forms are available from the nursery.

5. Puffins of Exeter is open throughout the year, only closing for bank and public holidays, and a week at Christmas. No charge is made for these days.

6. If your child becomes ill at nursery, a senior member of staff will contact the carers or emergency contact indicated on the All About Me form. Exclusion periods apply for illness, please see the appropriate handbook.

7. Four weeks' written notice is required if you wish to end your child's place.

8. Children will be taken on outings; consent from an adult with parental responsibility is required on the All About Me form.

9. In order to maintain our high level of security, we ask parents not to divulge door entry codes, or give entry cards to third parties.
